01 Agreement
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Aurafy mobile application (package com.simobr.aurafy, "Aurafy" or "the App"), published by Simobr Studio ("we", "us"), an independent developer based in Morocco.
By installing or using Aurafy, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App.
Your use of Aurafy is also subject to the Privacy Policy and to Google Play's own terms.
02 Eligibility
Aurafy is rated for users aged 16 and over and is not directed to children. By using the App you confirm you meet that age requirement, or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian where local law allows.
03 Entertainment and reflection only
Aurafy is entertainment and self-reflection content. It is not psychology, diagnosis, therapy, counselling, medical advice, legal advice or fact.
The readings are generated by an algorithm from the answers you give. They draw on psychology-inspired frameworks — attachment theory, love languages, sociometry, colour psychology and intuition-based reflection — but they are interpretive content, not measurement. Aurafy has no knowledge of any real person, and no reading is a statement of fact about anyone.
You agree not to rely on Aurafy for any decision about your health, safety, relationships, employment, finances or wellbeing. If you are struggling, please contact a qualified professional or someone you trust.
Results are meant to be read gently. Please do not use a reading to accuse, confront, pressure, shame or harass another person.
04 Your licence to use Aurafy
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Aurafy on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use.
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, translate, or create derivative works from the App or its content.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble the App, except where local law expressly permits it.
- Redistribute, resell, sublicense or republish the App or its readings, questions, articles or artwork.
- Interfere with the advertising in the App, or attempt to obtain Stars, unlocks or rewards by any means other than normal use.
- Use the App to harass, defame, threaten or harm any person, or in any way that breaks the law.
- Use automated tools, modified clients or tampered builds to interact with the App.
05 Stars — the in-app currency
Aurafy uses a virtual currency called Stars, earned inside the App through ordinary use such as completing readings, achievements, daily activity, and watching optional rewarded advertisements.
Stars cannot be purchased. Aurafy contains no in-app purchases and no subscriptions. Stars have no monetary value whatsoever.
- Stars are a licence to access certain in-app content — not property, and not a balance you own.
- They cannot be exchanged, transferred, gifted, sold, or converted into money or anything of value.
- They are not refundable and not redeemable, in any circumstance.
- Stars, unlocks and progress are stored only on your device. Uninstalling the App, clearing its storage, or losing your device will lose them permanently, and they cannot be restored by us.
- We may adjust the cost of unlocks, the rate at which Stars are earned, and any daily limits, in future versions.
06 Advertising
Aurafy is free and funded entirely by advertising served through Google AdMob. By using the App you accept that advertising will be displayed, including banner ads, occasional full-screen ads and optional rewarded ads.
Rewarded ads are always optional: you choose whether to watch one to earn Stars. Nothing in the App requires you to watch an ad.
We do not control which specific advertisements Google serves and are not responsible for the content, products, services or claims of any advertiser. Data processing related to advertising is described in the Privacy Policy.
07 Content you enter, and content you share
Names, labels and answers you enter stay on your device; we never receive them and claim no rights over them. You are responsible for what you choose to type.
Aurafy lets you export readings as image cards. Once you share a card, you are responsible for it — including any name shown on it and any effect that sharing has on another person. Please respect the privacy of the people in your life.
08 Intellectual property
Aurafy — including its name, logo, icon, questions, readings, insight articles, artwork, themes, sounds, share-card designs and source code — is owned by Simobr Studio and protected by copyright and other laws. These Terms grant you no ownership of any part of it.
Third-party fonts, libraries and assets used in the App remain the property of their respective owners under their own licences.
09 Availability and updates
Aurafy is provided as-is and may be updated, changed, suspended or discontinued at any time. Modules, themes, articles, prices in Stars and features may be added, altered or removed in future versions.
Because the App is fully offline, it will keep working without an internet connection — but advertising, and therefore earning Stars from rewarded ads, requires one.
10 Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aurafy is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of defects, or that any reading is accurate, meaningful or suitable for any purpose.
11 Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Simobr Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, Stars, progress, profit, opportunity or goodwill, arising from or connected to your use of — or inability to use — Aurafy.
This expressly includes any decision, action, conflict, distress or harm arising from a reading, a result, or the sharing of a result.
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is limited to the amount you paid to use the App — which, as Aurafy is free, is zero.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
12 Termination
You may end this agreement at any time by uninstalling Aurafy. We may suspend or terminate your licence if you materially breach these Terms.
On termination, your licence ends and any Stars, unlocks and progress are lost, with no compensation.
13 Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated as the App evolves. The revised version is published on this page with a new date at the top, and continued use of Aurafy after that date means you accept the revision.
14 Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall be subject to the competent courts of Morocco, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence grants you the right to bring proceedings locally.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect.
